D, Paragraph <br />(8)0. <br />ACCESS <br />Applicant uses two existing access points Crum County Road 11. <br />DRAINAGE <br />The applicant has applied to Rice Creek Watershed Dlir,(r, <br />PARKING <br />City Code 4U.07, Subd. D, Paragraph (8)J states requirements for <br />�l bituminous surface on driveways and parking stalls. City Code 40.07, <br />L Subd. (R), Paragraph 25 requires 39 parking spaces (8 spaces plus <br />I space ) Rfayi.rfh <br />500 sq. ft. <br />_ Applicant proposes 37 spaces on the crushed rock surface for <br />Uemployees. Need parking spaces for handicapped per Minnesota <br />Building Code. <br />Note: B-6-18 curbing will be required for the paved portion of the <br />access parking. <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />Exhibits: a) Plans and specifications for building <br />b) Site Plan <br />c) Ordinance No. 49 drainage requirements (if necessary) <br />d) Ordinance No. 49 security (if necessary) <br />Exhibit 2A conditions: <br />1.
