Her!%st: <br />Enclosed please find a copy of my May 8, 1985, memo and a <br />proposed Mounds View Planning Commission Resolution No. 131-85. <br />As per our discussion, in order to construct a building addition <br />to your existing structure, the following items must be <br />completed: <br />1) Me3or Subdivision approval <br />2) Rezone the property from B-3 to I-i <br />3) Variance approval (a 15 foot variance from the 23 foot <br />side ,ard setback requirement) <br />4) Payment of Park Dedication fees <br />5) Site plan approval <br />6; Revise Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br />ob-iously, you crust pay other City fees (including wilding <br />permits fees), and adhere to all City Codes and satisfy other <br />requirements that the Planning Commission or City Council may <br />impose. <br />As we discussed, the next step is for you to submit a preliminary <br />plat and an appraisal of your land. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />CITY UP MOUNDS ,VIEW <br />Steven W.
