Residents <br />the floor. <br />Requests and <br />Comments from <br />the Floor <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve the <br />consent agenda, as presented, and waive the <br />reading of the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the proposed <br />resolution would establish payment for non -union <br />police officers for uniform expenses and he reviewed <br />the proposed resolution. <br />'Councilmember Hankner questioned who the non -union <br />3fficers are and why uniformed officers would be <br />compensated in a different manner than plain <br />clothes officers. <br />6.
