Con4idnrrtion <br />ut on No. 2004 reyarding Planning Case No. 18G-86, of Resolution <br />or Marcella Rybak, for the Stanley Fisher Addition No. 2004 <br />Major Subdivision, at Groveland Road and Ardan <br />Avenue, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Moticn Carried <br />Councilmemter Haake stated she wanted to make sure <br />the park dedication issue is resolved, as it is <br />not covered in the resolution. <br />Mayor Links replied it would go to the Park Board <br />for their action. <br />Jerry Skelly, of the Cable Commission, reviewed 11. Discussion of <br />the progress cable tv has made since it was first Future of Cable <br />proposed. He added he would like to see Mounds TV Franchise <br />View become more active in pruyramming and go out <br />and seek volunteers in the community who would <br />participate. <br />Bootsie Anderson, administrator with the cable tv <br />program, reviewed what was known of the upcoming <br />sale of Group W and how it would affect Mounds <br />View and other surrounding communities. She <br />stated they have been assured it will be "busir.ccc <br />as usual" with the sale. She advised the Council <br />of what the City should be concerned with, and <br />what their options are. Ms. Anderson stated <br />she would keep the City appraised of what is occuring. <br />
