r <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />April 14, 1986 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to <br />Mayor Linke at 7:01 PM on April 14, 1986. order <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers flankner, Blanchard, 3. Poll Call <br />Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Administrator <br />Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that the format of the 4. Approval of <br />minutes be changed to reflect under Councilmember's Minutes: <br />Reports, whose report it is. March 24, 1986 <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Haake to approve the March <br />24, 19E6 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened 5A. Public Hearing: <br />the first public hearing a'_ 7:05 PM. CUP for Self - <br />Service Car <br />Bruce Holton, representing the developer, made a Wash at 2135 <br />presentation of the proposed self-service car wash Program Avenue <br />facility, showing drawings of the facility. <br />Director Thatcher reported the Planning Commission <br />has reviewed the plan and recommends approval. He <br />added this is not required to be reviewed by Rice <br />Creek Watershed District, and the storm water <br />retention for the site meets the City's requirements. <br />Director Thatcher reviewed the requirements listed <br />in the conditional use permit. <br />Mr. Holton clarified that the overhead doors will be <br />10' high, which will allow room for pick-up trucks <br />and vans, out nothing lazyer. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:12 PM. <br />
