3. PERIOD OF SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHARGES <br />3 1 The maintenance agreement charge entities the customer to maintenance <br />service during the period of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through <br />Friday, excluling holidays. <br />3.2 if the customer requests maintenance service to be performed out- <br />side of normal working hours, the service will be performed and <br />billed at Executone's current rates in effect at the time. After <br />hours calls are billed at time -and -a -half. Calls on holidays are <br />billed at double-time. The current labor rate Is $57 per hour. <br />4. ENEMPTIONS <br />4.1 Maintenance agreement is contingent upon proper use of all equipment <br />and does not cover equipment which has been modified or serviced <br />by other than Executone personnel. <br />4.2 Equipment that has been subject to misuse, abuse, vandalism, accident, <br />neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God are not covered. <br />Customer is responsible for obtaining business insurance for fire, <br />theft, lightning, vandalism, etc. <br />4.3 Maintenance service also does not include the relocation, changes <br />and/or additions to your Executone system. <br />5. MAINTENANCE CHARGE AND COMMENCEMENT DATE <br />S.i The cost of maintenance for your system is S 93.00 per mnnth, <br />payable quarterly. The annual cost id this maintenancc agreement <br />I!
