RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOIA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE <br />RECREATION ACTIVITY FUND TO THE SILVER LAKF WOODS IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT FUND FOR PARTIAL REPAYMENT OF AN INTERFUND LOAN <br />WHEREAS, the Council, Dy motion on September 20, 1982, <br />authorized an interfund loan from the Special Capital Projects <br />Fund (now known a� the Silver Lake Woods Improvement Project <br />Fund) tc the Recreation Activity Fund for the purchase and <br />installation of three park shelter buildings; and <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Activity Fund now has sufficient <br />funds on hand to repay $10,000 of that loan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED by the Council that <br />$10,000 be transfered from the Recreation Activity Fund to the <br />Silver Lake Woods Improvement Project Fund as partial <br />repayment of the above referenced interfund loan. <br />Adopted this day of , <br />ATTEST: <br />(SFAL) <br />Fiayu, _--_ - <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />J <br />
