If <br />this alternative is chosen, I recommend installing concrete curb <br />and gutter east of Montclair Avenue to eliminate soil erosion. <br />Alternate i2 - Allocate Additional Funds - Last year's Street <br />Maintenance Project was ,on,L,octeo underbudge[ by $31,000.00. <br />The City could allocate $24,000.00 from last year's savings.
