PAUL REGARDING LOST <br />BONDS AND LOST BOND COUPONS <br />I have received notification from First Bank - St. Paul, our <br />payinq agent on City of Mounds View Improvement Bonds dated <br />Novemhe• 1, 1974, that Bond Numbers 228 and 229 in the amount of <br />$5,000 and Coupon Number 23 from the above referenced bonds have <br />been reported lost. These bonds and bond coupons were submitted <br />to First Bank - St. Paul by the First National Bank of Mankato. <br />Pursuant to the Bond Agreement the First National Bank of Mankato <br />has supplied First Bank - St. Paul with an Indemnity Bond <br />securing the above referenced bonds. First Bank - St. Paul <br />requests our authorization to make payment for the loan bonds and <br />bond coupons. <br />I have discussed this matter with City Attorney, Meyers and have <br />been advised to submit this to you for formal approval.
