�-NC .tip <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE, NO. 190-86, <br />CHESTER GLISAN MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Chester Glisan has requested City approval for a <br />minor subdivision for his property at 7800 Long Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, this minor subdivision, as requested, requires <br />approval by the Planning Commission and City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commissicn has reviewed the <br />Certificate of Survey prepared by James L. Kurth, Land Surveyor, <br />dated March 27, 1974; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />pr,pnaed minor subdivision and it is in contormance wiCh <br />311 <br />chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49, <br />49A and State Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends approval of <br />this subdivision request; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the request by Chester Clisan for a minor <br />subdivision at 7800 Long Lake Road cortingent on the following: <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />1. Receiving a 5 foot wide drainage easement on the rear <br />and side lot lines. <br />2. Receiving a written agreement to install a drain the <br />system in the southern most 5 foot wide easement and <br />drainage Swale to drain water that ponds on the west <br />side of Long Lake Road. <br />3.
