Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:02 PM on Monday, June 9, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Haake, 3. Roll Call <br />Blanchard and Mayor Linke. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Hankner was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Mark Karney, clerkiAdmini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve the May 4. Approval of <br />27, 1986 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />May 27, 1986 <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Donald Hodges and Ray Young of the Mounds View Lions 5. Residents <br />Club made a presentation to the Council of a check Requests and <br />for $500, to go toward the Festival in the Park. Comments from <br />the Floor <br />The Council extended their thank; to the Lions Club. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Quick to approve the consent 6. Approval of <br />agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the Consent Agenda <br />resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke ciused the ranular meeting and opened 7. Public Hearings - <br />the first public hearing at 7:06 PM. Mermaid, Inc. <br />:leik/Administrator Pauley explained a written <br />report had been given to the Council from the <br />Police Chief and himself, outlining the liquor <br />license renewal process and any problems experienced <br />with any of the establishments in the past year. <br />
