Residents <br />screens people who go door to door soliciting funds. Requests And <br />C.nnments from <br />Clerk/Administrator nauley replied there is a City <br />the Floor <br />ordinance governing this, and solicitors must <br />register with the City, and they are given an I.D. <br />card, and if they cannot produce that card, they are <br />not licensed in Mounds View and the Police Department <br />should be called.
