He <br />reported the City had met with Mr- Thomas of the <br />U,S. Departmrnt of Transportation last Friday and <br />verbally discussed retesting and restarting procedures. <br />He added he had spoken with an attorney for the DOT <br />Win Washington, and wes told that as a courtesy, they <br />ould send the City a copy of the order regarding <br />illiams Pipeline, but the copy had not yet been <br />received. <br />1.
