He asked that <br />if the Council <br />approves it, they authorize him to <br />execute it on behalf of the <br />City of Mounds View. <br />Councilmember Hankner stated that in <br />past discussions <br />it had not been cipar Whother <br />th-l and Btalla- <br />livll of the new iemovrunway would take place atogether. <br />Attorney Meyers <br />clarified the 2,58o feet would be <br />removed first, then <br />the additional 2,580 feet on the <br />north would be added. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to <br />accept the stipula- <br />.ion and authorize the rity Attorney to <br />execute it <br />on behalf of the City of Mounds View. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner stated she feels <br />Motion Carried <br />MAC is <br />sincere in following through with what has been <br />laid <br />out in the stipulation, and while it has been <br />a real problem for <br />residents on the north side of the <br />City, the moving of the <br />runway should help considerably. <br />Mr. Frits stated he does not feel MAC will follow through, <br />as they have made <br />promises before, but not kept them. <br />Mayor Linke explained that if they violate the stipulation <br />they will be in default <br />and the court will deal with them., <br />Councilmember Hankner stated she shares <br />Connprne h..♦ many of Mr. Frits's <br />cne nucth will`halp consider blymer.[ of the <br />Duane McCarty, 8060 Long Lake Road, asked if the stipula- <br />tion applied to the <br />latest revision of the development <br />guide. Attorney Meyers replied it <br />standards. applies to present <br />kwar. <br />McCarty urged the Council to turn the stipulation <br />down, and he stated he <br />was concerned with the weight <br />stipulations. <br />
