Director <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to approve the payment <br />To Midwest Asphalt Co. in the amount of $113,175.36, <br />for work done to date on County Road H2. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Director Thatcher reported he had received a letter <br />from Leggette, Brashears a Graham, Inc., the <br />consulting firm for Willidms Pipeline Company regard- <br />ing the grcundwater testing and removal of contaminated <br />soil in the area. He stated they would like an <br />emergency permit to excavate 'he suil and connect the <br />sanitary sewer. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to grant an emergency <br />permit according to the July 21st memo, subject <br />to the Ramsey County Board granting approval, and <br />Williams Pipeline Co. paying all appropriate fees. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
