Thiel <br />Community Donations Coordinator <br />(612) 6116-2591 <br />The City of Burnsville, Goodwill Industries, Inc./Easter Seal Society of <br />Minnesota and Dakota County have joined together to form a full service attended <br />recycling center for the Burnsville area. <br />The center is located at 2700 W. Highway 13 in front of the Cub Foods Store. <br />Operating hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The center has been opened since <br />April 26th. The center will provide an option for those household items or <br />recycables discov?red during your regular household clean up. <br />Tax deduction, receipts will be provided for traditional Goodwill <br />Industries/Canter Seal household donations brought to the center. Goodwill <br />Industries/Easter Seal's rule of thumb for donations is, "Give what you would <br />pass along to a friend." <br />The public is also encouraged to bring in aluminum cans, clean brown, clear and <br />Crean glass and newspaper. <br />Donated material should be separated. Clean alnninum cans should be bagged. <br />Glass should be sorted into Crean, brown, or clear and bagged. Newspaper should <br />be only 1n brown paper bags, not plastic and do not string tie. <br />The center is dedicated to decrense use of Dakota County landfills and promote <br />re -use of miteri.a.ln. Goodwill Industries/Easter Seal recycles usable furniture, <br />small appliances, housewares and clothing.
