MoOnds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />------------------------ <br />Motion/Second: tiaake/Blanchard to grant Williams <br />ipeline a temporary emergency sanitary sewer <br />jonnection located near 5084 Long Lake Road, with <br />Williams Pipeline to pay all city sanitary sewer <br />connection custs and waste water treatment costs for <br />that connection. The temporary connection shall be <br />removed when determined by the MPCA to no longer be <br />needed. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. <br />July 28, 1986 <br />Page Five <br />Motion Carried <br />10. Report of <br />Attorney <br />Councilmember Haake expressed her thanks to everyone 11. Reports of <br />who helped with the Festival in the Park. Councilmembers: <br />Councilmember <br />Haake <br />Councilmember Hankner reported she had attended the Councilmember <br />Production of "Music Man", and found it very enjoyable. Hankner <br />She also reported the Council/Staff picnic had been <br />held, and she Oduld have a report on expenses soon. <br />ouncilmember Hankner reported she had been appointed <br />the Governor's commission on pipeline safety, and <br />.co <br />would be attending the first meeting this week. <br />Councilmember Blanchard thanked Councilmrambers Hankner <br />Councilmember-: <br />and Quick for their efforts on the Council/Staff <br />Blanchard <br />picnic. <br />Councilmember Blanchard requested permission tc use <br />the Council chambers for the Fait Share program, and <br />she explained how the program works, and stated she <br />feels it is a very good program. She explained she <br />would need the chambers for a few hours a month. <br />it was the concensus of the Council that it was alright <br />to use the Council chambers for Fair Share. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember <br />Quick <br />Mayor Linke reported he had also attended a performance <br />Mayor Linke <br />of the "Music Man" and found it to be very enjoyable. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported he would be 12. Report of <br />I ttendinq the Governor's task force meeting on Administrator <br />■ my 30. <br />
