ASS 1. <br />Re: Permit Application No. 86-113: City of Mounds View <br />Location: Northeasterly from Bona Road to Judicial Ditch No. 1 near the <br />intersection of Jackson Drive and Sherwood Road, Mounds View. <br />Purpose: Approval to work in Branch 5, Judicial Ditch No. 1. This <br />proposed City project involves the cleaning of Branch 5, <br />Judicial Ditch No. 1 and restoring it to its original slope and <br />cross section. <br />Dear Mr. Thatcher: <br />Please be advised that at their meeting of August 27, 1986 the Board of <br />Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed District authorized the expenditure of up <br />to $15,000 to support the City of Mounds View in the repair of Branch 5, <br />Judicial Ditch No. 1 provided that the following conditions are met: <br />1. The City obtains permit approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />for this project. Prior to obtaining approval, the following three <br />additional items must be provided: <br />A. A detailed sediment -erosion control plan which will contain all <br />sediment on -site including dotes addressing the establishment of <br />cover after the completion of excavation. This plan must also <br />include measures which would be used to dispose of all spoils <br />materials excavates from the channel. <br />B. Detailed construction plans for the proposed maintenance project. <br />These plans mist include information indicating that Branch 5, <br />Judicial Ditch No. 1 will be returned to its original profile and <br />cross section. <br />C. Resolution of all legal matters required for this project to the <br />satisfaction of the District's Attorney.
