The Comprehensive Plan designates the area as Medium Density <br />Residential. <br />, <br />COMMENTS <br />Please refer to City Code Chapter 40.25, Subdivision C, which scates <br />that in granting a conditional use permit, the City Council shall <br />find that the use is not in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />the City.
