Ile replaced an existing driveway for both <br />partwerelwithinth a 5 feetmOftdriveway. thepropeT rtylinexistinbefore replace - <br />es ment, and Code requires that any improvements done which <br />equal greater. than 50 percent of the area must abide by <br />existing Code, and the existing Code requires the drive- <br />ways to be 5 feet off the property line. <br />2.
