D.I.P. pipe instead of P.V.C. pipe in <br />detention pond. <br />c) F. and I. cross curb and gutter at curb cuts. <br />d) Rice Creek Watershed District approval is required. <br />e) Parking area setback shall he a minimum of 5 feet <br />from lot line. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the development be denied for the following <br />reasons: <br />1. Pecking requirements of City Code 40.07 are not satisfied <br />(i.e., there is not sufficient space to back up a parked <br />vehicle). <br />2.
