During our meeting, of January 9, 1986, <br />you stated that the City would, upon a letter of request from the <br />developer, direct Tom Peterson of the Ramsey Soil and Water <br />Conservation District to perform this delineation. <br />In our January meeting, you also stated that the City staff recom- <br />mends that the developers be present when Mr. Peterson "stakes out" <br />the property.
