RESOLUTION NO. 2087 -F <br />^ CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING CITY PROJECT NO. 86-6, REPAIR OF <br />JUDICIAL DITCH NO. 1, BRANCH NO. 5 <br />WHEREAS, a letter dated September 2, 1986, from Rice Creek <br />Watershed District indicated that they will contribute up to <br />$15,000 for the repair of Branch No. 5, Judicial Ditch No. 1 <br />provided that certain conditions are met; and <br />WHEREAS, this ditch needs to be repaired to its original <br />cross-section and grade; and <br />WHEREAS, other funding sources are not available for this I <br />repair; and <br />WHEREAS, the estimated cost of repairing this ditch is <br />$60,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />C uncil spend up o $45,000 from the Storm Water Management Fund <br />for the repair of this ditch. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />direct staff to implement an infra -structure replacement reserve <br />fund according to state law. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
