RESOLUTION NO. 173-86 <br />PAGE THREE OF THREE <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommmends approval of. the General Concept <br />Plan dated October 1, 1986; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends rezoning the property proposed for the . <br />light industrial building in the northwest area of the site from <br />B-3 to I-1; <br />BE I: FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends that the City Council study alternatives <br />for Quincy Street traffic; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends traffic control at the intersections of <br />Quincy Street and Bronson Drive, Quincy Street and County Road <br />11-2, County Road H-2 and Montclair Avenue (entrance to the Mounds <br />View Manufactured Home Park) and at the center intersection, in <br />the proposed development; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission will <br />continue to review the number of parking spaces that will be <br />required in a P.U.D. context; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission will require that the restaurant meet City Code <br />' requirements for parking spaces; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a plan be submitted such that <br />the truck loading area can be converted to automobile parking <br />spaces when the building use changes; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the Developer acquires the <br />single family house west of the McDonald's Restaurant, it shall <br />be included in the P.U.D.; <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff tc forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 1st day nF Ortoher, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairman <br />(SEAL) <br />Director of Public Works <br />Community Development <br />11 <br />
