Mr. Tlm Nelson -7- September 15, 1036 <br />For the southwesterly office/service structure, the <br />routings are Identical to the northwesterly building <br />with the exception that Sol. of the trips to/from T.H. <br />10 north and County Road H-2 west were assigned via <br />County Road 11-2, while the remaining 507. were assigned <br />via the main access to T.H. 10. <br />For the southeasterly light Industrial building all <br />trips to/from T.H. 10/County Road H-2 were assigned via <br />the new access to T.H. 10, trips to/from County Road 1 <br />east were assigned via Quincy St., 30% of the trips <br />to/from 35W north were assigned via Quincy St. with the <br />remainder assigned via Program Ave./Clifton St./County <br />tripsRoad 11, the <br />both CliftonSto South lassigneda 35W were via <br />/CountyRoadH and T.H. 10, the <br />remaining trips to/From the south/southwest were <br />assigned via both Program Ave. and the new T.H. 10 <br />sucess. <br />Figure 3 presents the resultant estimated weekday daily <br />development traffic forecasts. <br />Traffic Diversion <br />The roadway system proposed by the development will result <br />In changing certain existing travel patterns. The extension <br />of Program Ave. from County Road H-2 to Clifton St. will <br />create another means of access to the regional roadway <br />system for properties on County Road 11-2 east of Quincy St. <br />(Including the mobile home park). The "extension" of Quincy <br />St. southward will provide connecting saccessite a an alternative for tripsto/fromthesouth for <br />persons living along County Road H-2 and Quincy St. It is <br />expected that the rerouting or diversion of existing trips <br />will affect County Road 11-2, but will not measurably.lmpact <br />existing volumes on Q'Jlncy St. <br />The current average daily traffic volume on County Road H-2 <br />east of Quincy St. Is Ig00 trips, of which approximately <br />1100 are estimated to be oriented to/from the south/south-• <br />west.
