First Reading <br />r 11o. 411 and 412, which would change the property owner's of ordinance <br />..-responsibility for water and sewer services from the property No. 411 <br />line out to the street. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Quick to approve Ordinance No. 411, <br />as corrected, an ordinance amending Chapter 70 of the <br />Mounds View Municipal. Code entitled "Municipal Water System", <br />and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Quick to approve Ordinance No. 412, 20. First Reading_ <br />an ordinance amending Chapter 71 of the Mounds View Munici- of Ordinance <br />pal Code entitled Municipal Sanitary Serer System" and No. 412 <br />waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Director Thatcher presented an overhead of the arcs, and <br />23.
