Public Hearing: <br />the first public hearing at 7:32 PM. <br />Phyllis Leenert <br />Minor Subdivi- <br />Director Thatcher reviewed the request of the <br />sion <br />applicant to divide one lot into two. He stated <br />it meets all City code requirements, and the Planning <br />Commission has reviewed it and recommends approval. <br />Warren Johnson, 7710 Greenwood Drive, stated he has <br />no objection to the subdivision, as long as whenever <br />the lot is developed it is graded properly, so that <br />the runoff goes toward County Road I and not to his <br />house. <br />Councilmember Hankner explained there is an ordinance <br />in place, the storm water management ordinance. which <br />states that development cannot allow any more runoff <br />than is already there. She added the Council is <br />looking at an overall plan for the entire City, <br />for runoff. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:36 PM. <br />
