CONTRACT NO. 7639 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. 7639 <br />n <br />The parties hereto agree that the Section B housing Assistance Payments <br />Administrative Services Contract they entered into on the 7th day of <br />:_'cjLrjLtry , 191g,, relating to the provision of certain technical and <br />professional services, shall be and Is amended in the following particulars: <br />1. Section 3, Term of Agreement, Is amended by deleting existing language <br />and Inserting in Its place the following: <br />3. Term of Aereement. The services to be purchased by the Council <br />and furn?shed by the City under this Agreement shall commence on <br />jAW_ . 1977 and shall continue until the earlier of the following: <br />1) termination of program funding by HUD: or 2) termination of the <br />Agreement by either party. The Council and the City shall both have <br />the right to terminate this agreement at any time by submitting <br />written notice of the intention to do so to the other party at least <br />ninety (90) days prior to the specified effective date of such <br />termination. Cancellation or termination of this agreement by either <br />the Council or the City shall not affect the rights of participating <br />families within the City during the terms or their leases.
