MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUN <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINIS:RAT <br />DATE: OCTOBER 16, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF GROUP W CABLE OF THE <br />NORTH SUBURBS, INC. <br />Attached please find correspondence from the attorney for <br />the North Suburban Cable Commission indicating that the Com- <br />mission has approved the transfer of ownership of Group W <br />Cable of the North Suburbs from Group W Cable Incorporated <br />to North Central Cable Communications Corporation. Also <br />attached is Resolution No. 2114, approving the transfer of <br />ownership of Group W Cable of the North Suburbs Inc. Staff <br />would recommend based upon the action taken by the Cable <br />Commission adoption of the attached resolution. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of Resolution <br />No. 2114 approving the transfer of ownership of Group W <br />Cable of the North Suburbs Inc. <br />enclosure A <br />
