RESOLUTION NO. 2108 <br />101r A <br />Change In: <br />Motion by: <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />OCTOBER 13, 1986 <br />Auditor's No. 1004 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the City Council of <br />Mounds View, adopted Resolution No. 2108 , the Special <br />Assessments Eor. the Consruction of Auditor's No. 1004 , were <br />levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein: <br />And WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, and said list made a part herein: <br />NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of <br />Mounds View, that the assessments for Auditor's No. 1004 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be corrtly <br />certified to the Auditor of Ramseyec <br />County for further collection <br />in the amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part <br />herein. <br />Seconded by <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />5 ayes <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified City Clerk of <br />said City DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the <br />attached foregoing extract of Minutes of a meeting of the City <br />Council of said City held on October r 13 1986 at 7:00 <br />p.m. with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same <br />is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the <br />same relates to the c!:3nging of the assessment for Auditor's No. <br />1004 because of the conveyance of/or replatting of certain <br />properties. <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said City this 13th day of <br />October 13 , 19 86. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) Clerk, City of Mounds View <br />
