RESOLUTION No. 2111 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR 2609 COUNTY ROAD I, <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 182-85, <br />WHEREAS, Phyllis Leenerts, 2609 County Road I, requested <br />City approval for a minor subdivision on October 10, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Leenerts has provided a Surveyor's <br />Certificate; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the staff <br />report and information submitted by the applicant; and <br />WHEREAS, the fence has been moved Cuff of the lot to he <br />created; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />' proposed minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all <br />Chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49 <br />and 49A and State Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reccmmends approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the request by Mrs. Leenerts for a minor <br />subdivision. <br />Adopted this 13th day of October, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
