0 <br />4 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2109 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING JLN DEVELOPMENT, INC., <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 86-199, <br />GENERAL CONCEPT PLAN APPROVAL <br />WHEREAS, JLN Development, Inc. has tequested general <br />concept approval to construct the following: <br />1. 231,000 square feet of office/service, <br />2. 481,000 square feet of light industrial, <br />3. 4,000 square feet of restaurant, <br />at the site bounded by T.H. 10, I-35W and County Road H-2; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a planned unit <br />development review process; and <br />WHEREAS, construction of this development, as requested, <br />requires the following approvals: <br />1. General concept plan <br />2. Development stage <br />3. Final plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />has reviewed the staff report and information submitted by the <br />applicant which includes the followinq: <br />1. Letter from Dahlgren, Shardlow, and Uban, Inc. <br />regarding parking standards for office and industrial <br />uses dated September 8, 1986 <br />7. Development Concept Plan received September 8, 1986 <br />8. Letter from Benshoof & Associates, Inc. regarding <br />traffic study for JLN Project dated September 15, 1986 <br />9. Letter from Benshoof & Associates, Inc. regarding <br />traffic study for JLN Project dated September 18, 1986 <br />IG. City of Mounds View Development District No. 2 Plan <br />and Tax Increment Financing Plan for the Industrial <br />Redevelopment District Project received September 22, <br />1986 <br />It.
