My memo to the Planning Comission dated 7/24/86. <br />2. Minutes from the 9/3/86 meeting regarding this variance <br />request. <br />The main issue is that the driveway at 2272 Lois Drive was <br />replaced without obtaining a building permit. The new driveway <br />is in the same location and is the same size as the old <br />driveway. City Code states that any restoration done in the City <br />must comply with existing Codes (Section 40.03, Subd.
