RESOLUTION NO. 2119 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THOMAS KINNEY AS A <br />FULL TIME CITY EMPLOYEE <br />WHEREAS, the Police Civil. Service Commission defines <br />a full time (employee) police officer as one who has <br />successfully completed the required probationary period of <br />twelve months; and <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Kinney has met all qualifications <br />setforth by the Police Officer Standards and Training Board; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Kinney has Satisfactorily performed <br />the duties of police officer during his one year probation- <br />ary period in the City of Mounds View. <br />NOW, THEREFORE•', BE IT RESOL!'ED that the City <br />Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby appoint <br />Thomas Kinney as a permanent full timz city (employee) <br />police officer. <br />Adopted this 27th day of October, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />n <br />14- - <br />
