As project <br />manager, coordinated design of mechanical, electrical, structural <br />and architectural design staff, performed civil design, and wrote <br />specifications. <br />Proiect Manaqer for Rosedale Phase III Expansion Sitework <br />Worked with owner and owner's architect to develop utility and <br />parking lot expansion and modification to be compatible with <br />existing facilities. The project included complete design and <br />construction services. <br />Protect Manaqer for Main Street Improveme_nts_- Anoka, Minnesota <br />Reconstruction of downtown utilities and streets. The project <br />involved intensive public contact and coordination to maintain <br />service and access to existing businesses. The project included <br />extensive landscaping and other beautification items. <br />
