1986 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN <br />Page Eight <br />ram' <br />The City's 1983 Water and Sewer System Maintenance and <br />Capital Improvement Program provides for a 20 year program of <br />maintenance and improvement to the City's water and sanitary <br />sewer systems. Funding for this program was provided when <br />the City Council set aside a portion of the City's water and <br />sewer charges for this purpose. <br />The Community Development Director has assumed additional <br />responsibilities for the enforcement of the City's housing, <br />building, zoning and subdivision code as a result of the <br />implementation of. Chapter 400 of: the City Code• The City's <br />Building Inspectors are empowered to issue Offense Notices <br />for violations and the Director of Public Works/Community <br />Development will act as an Administrative Bearing Officer. <br />
