The <br />majority of the creative play environments were constructed <br />approximately 10-1.4 years ago and are currently in need of <br />replacement and/or major rep:°r. The City's neighborhood park <br />system in general is going ti,.7ough a "rehab" stage as many of the <br />park sites were developed at a minimal level 15 years ago and <br />only minor improvements have been made to date with the exception <br />of Silver View Park, Greenfield Park, Groveland Park and Random <br />Park. <br />
