., C� <br />MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: October 30, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 415, AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 40 <br />ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br />Attached please find a copy of proposed Ordinance No. 415 <br />regarding permitted accessory uses within mobile hone parks. <br />Also attached is a copy of a letter dated June 10, 1986, that was <br />mailed to owners of mobile home parks located within the City. <br />The Planning Commission at their October 15, 1986, meeting <br />recommended approval of proposed Ordinance No. 415, amending <br />Chapter 40 of the Mounds View Municipal Code regarding permitted <br />uses in an R-5 District. This amendment is being made to <br />clarify what accessory uses are allowed due to the unique nature <br />of manufactured homes. <br />Staff will provide further information at Monday night's meeting. <br />Attachments <br />0 <br />
