This letter is to <br />clarify what is allowed and the proper procedure for <br />mobile home owners to follow, <br />Mounds View Building and Zoning Codes allow the follow- <br />ing: <br />1, One mobile home per lot <br />2. 61 x 8' entry way addition (for use as an air <br />lock) ft. maximum) <br />7. Detached storage shed (216 sq. <br />4. Screened porch <br />5. Deck <br />6. Patio <br />The above, if allowed by individual park policy, must <br />be constructed within all applicable buiding and zoning <br />requirements. <br />Construction that is not allowed are building additi-ins <br />that increase living space and garage structures of any <br />type. <br />' Thr. City of Mounds View will roquire the home owner to <br />t receive permission from the park manager, who has <br />the option of denying any construction. The home owner <br />
