SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 20, 1966 <br />PACE. FOUR <br />------------------------------------------------------------ <br />approval was of a concept plan of verbal <br />approval. Approvals will be needed before <br />the final plans are approved. She felt <br />these problems could be resolved during <br />those discussions. <br />Special Council Meeting recessed at 9:10 p.m. <br />Council meeting reopened at 10:03 p.m. for <br />consideration of Resolution No. 2115 regarding <br />reinstallation of signalized intersection at <br />County Road I and Quincy Street. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to adopt as 5. Motion <br />amended. Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Keith Peacock, 5453 Quincy Street requested <br />time while the Council was still in Special <br />Session to discuss with the Council additional <br />information regarding the JLN Development Proposal. <br />He felt that the residents were not heard and <br />that they feel they were denied their rights. The <br />residents are willing to compromise and can't under- <br />stand why the developer isn't willing to compromise' <br />as well until the need for additional accesses onto <br />County Road H-2 can be proven. <br />Mayor Linke stated he feels the residents weren't <br />willing to compromise because they wanted no accesses <br />onto County Road H-2. <br />Meeting adjourned by Mayor Linke at 10:27 p.m. 6.
