This consideration was based on the
following statement from the Consent List which was approved by the Council.
'Die proposed JLN Development is a mixed use planned unit development which
will include commercial (office/service/showroom), light industrial and
restaurant uses on a 62-aore site at the intersection of Hwy. 10 and .I-35W
in Mounds View. Development of the project is expected to occur in four
stages over four years. The project is consistent with the city's
comprehensive plan, the Metropolitan Development and Investment Framework,
and the transportation, airports, parks and sewer, system plans contained in
the Metropolitan Development Guide. It is also consistent with the other
chapters of the Development Guide. The Scraping EAN is complete and
adequate.
The Council approved the above statement as its comments on the EAN.
Attached is a letter from the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission.
Sincerely,
Sandra S.
