It is Mn/DOT's understanding after discussion with the <br />consultant for the project that the SIS for JLN <br />Development, Inc. will address land uses to the south of <br />the development in order to determine what additional <br />traffic will be generated by the proposed development <br />from the south side. The EIS will also include <br />Information about transportation impacts that will result <br />from additional traffic at the proposed full development <br />intersection on Trunk Highway 10 between County Roads H <br />and II-2. <br />2. The EIS should also contain, as part of its traffic <br />analysis, the existing and projected Average Daily <br />Traffic (ADT) at the proposed intersection between County <br />Roads H and 11-2 on TH 10. <br />3. Mn/DOT has noted that figure 9, in the SAW should have <br />indicated existing ADT, projected ADT without the <br />development, and projected ADT with the development. The <br />SAW only indicated projected ADT with the development, <br />which does not take into consideration growth that will <br />occur, despite the development.
