JLN Deyeloppme <br />5copng c,_�mE. <br />Phil Carlson, representing JLN Development, stated SA _ <br />they have assisted Staff in preparing the SAW scoping <br />document, and he reviewed what the SAW is, and the <br />necessity for it, and the procedure that was followed. <br />lie stated it is addressing four major issues, storm <br />water run-off, erosion, air and noise pollution, and <br />traffic. <br />
