Call to <br />by Mayor Linke at 7:03 PM on Monday, October order <br />27, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Quick, 3. Roll Call <br />Ilankner, Naake and Mayor Links. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />MoLi.on/Second: Haake/nlanchard to approve the 9. Approval of , <br />October 13, 1986 minutes as corrected. Minutes: <br />October 13 and <br />5 ayes 0 nays October 20, <br />1986 <br />Motion Carried <br />to <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Ilankner to approve the October <br />20, 1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carrie <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened 5A. Public Nearir. <br />the first public hearing at 7:05 PM. JLN Deyeloppme <br />5copng c,_�mE. <br />Phil Carlson, representing JLN Development, stated SA _ <br />they have assisted Staff in preparing the SAW scoping <br />document, and he reviewed what the SAW is, and the <br />necessity for it, and the procedure that was followed. <br />lie stated it is addressing four major issues, storm <br />water run-off, erosion, air and noise pollution, and <br />traffic. <br />
