Public Hearing:. <br />public hearing at 7:08 PM. <br />Super America <br />Steve Johnson, representing Super America, explained <br />they are asking for a conditional use permit, which <br />was approved by the Council last year, but the year <br />has expired, so they are asking for either a continu- <br />ance or reissuance of the conditional use permit. <br />Roman Mueller, of Super America, made a presentation of <br />the site plan, grading plan, planned vegetation, floor <br />plan of the by Uding, and the building elevations, and <br />he compared them to how they had been presented last <br />year, showing what changes had been made. <br />Councilmember Haake stated she frequently turns left <br />from Highway 10, west onto County Road I, and she <br />can forsee problems with cars turning right into <br />Burger King, and left into Super America, and the <br />traffic stacking up that is turning from Highway 10. <br />She stated she is concerned and feels there is a <br />potential for accidents. <br />Director Thatcher explained Super America is dedicating <br />an easement to the County, so the County could widen <br />the road in the future. The Department of Transportation <br />will not approve a turn lane from County Road I to go <br />south on Highway 10, however. <br />Councilmember Blanchard asked if the location of the <br />loading dock has been changed. <br />
