Consideration <br />Planning Commission and have them determine their of Resolution <br />feelings on the changes received, and forward back No. 2125 <br />to the Council. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Councilmember Hankner stated she was concerned about <br />whether the Planning Commission would have a quorum, <br />since they had not had one for so long. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied they will not be <br />taking any official action, so they can still discuss <br />it and forward their findings to the Council. <br />Mayor Linke asked Director Thatcher to talk to Super <br />America and have them work with Kraus/Anderson on <br />grading and berming, and so forth, and a shared <br />access with the property next to them. <br />Councilmember Blanchard stated the Council has the <br />authority to readdress the hours of operation in <br />one year to see whether they are working, and asked <br />if the Council could make changes to the berming <br />then, if they felt it was necessary. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated they could <br />rewrite the development agreement now, to include <br />that. <br />Mayor Linke pointed out that once the other sites <br />are developed, there will not be eny other land <br />available for Super America to use for berming, so <br />they should address the issue now. <br />Director Thatcher reviewed proposed Resolution 13. Consideration <br />No. 2126, relative to JLN Development. He stated of Resolution <br />that per the Environmental Quality Board rules, No. 2126 <br />the Council must make a fir�il decision on the <br />development by November 26, 1986. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 2126, regarding the scope of the environmental <br />impact statement for JLN Development, and waive <br />the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Director Thatcher stated that once the resolution <br />is signed, it will be sent to the Environmental <br />Quality Board for publication. <br />Director Thatcher had no report. 14.
