RESOLUTION NO. 2125 <br />PAGE TWO OF THREE <br />(1) Exhibits: <br />(a) Site, Grading, Lighting, Landscaping and Utility <br />Plan <br />(b) Development Plan <br />(c) Site Survey <br />(d) Legal Description <br />(e) Building Plans and Specifications <br />(2) Security for the development in the amount of <br />$37,000. <br />(3) Exhibit 2A to require the following: <br />(a) Paved parking area to use B618 curbing. <br />(b) Applicant must satisfy the requirements of City <br />Code Chapter 40.07, Subd. K. <br />(c) Approval from Ramsey County for curb cut. <br />(d) Payment of all City expenses above and beyond <br />amounts previously submitted. <br />(e) F. and I. pedestrian curb ramps for sidewalk at <br />curb cuts. <br />(f) Super America shall provide a ten foot wide <br />easement on the north side of the site for a <br />right turn lane for the intersection of Highway <br />10 and County Road I. <br />(g) The west access to the site from County Road I <br />shall meet the approval of the City Engineer. <br />(h) Developer shall install soil erosion control as <br />directed by City Engineer. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk — <br />Administrator are authorized to sign the development agreement. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a conditional use permit to include the following: <br />(1) The hours of operation shall be 24 hours. After one <br />year of operation, the City shall hold a public <br />hearing to solicit input on the hours of operation. <br />If there are many negative comments, the hours of <br />operation may be reduced.. <br />(2) Outside loud speakers shall be utilized only for <br />clearing pumps. <br />(3) Outside merchandising shall be confined to the <br />concrete entrance slab. Outside merchandise stacking <br />shall not exceed 4 feet in height. <br />(4) The single pedestal sign shall be located as shown on <br />the drawings. <br />
