Approval of <br />October 27, 1986 minutes as presented. Comments from <br />the Floor <br />Mayor Links asked that Item E <br />be removed for <br />the Clerk/Administrator. <br />6. Approval of <br />Consent Agenda <br />discussion, at <br />the request of <br />Motion/Second: <br />Haake/Hankner <br />to approve the consent <br />agenda, minus <br />Item E, and waive the reading. <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 <br />nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained that on Item E, <br />Staff would request that Mr. Saunders be appointed to <br />a two year term on the Planning Commission, to <br />commence immediately and run until December 31, 1988. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to appoint Eric P. <br />Saunders to the Planning Commission for a two year <br />it term, commencing immediately. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
