CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER, ACTING MAYOR <br />AND OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR 1986 <br />WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Mounds View <br />to appoint the official newspaper., acting Mayor and official <br />depository at its first annual meeting of each year; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City <br />Council to confirm these appointments for 1986; <br />NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT RESOLVED that the following <br />appointments are made for the year 1986: <br />Official Newspaper - New Brighton Bulletin <br />Acting Mayor - Phyllis Blanchard <br />Official Depositories: <br />- Primary depository for checking accounts, savings <br />accounts, and investments: <br />First State Bank of New Brighton <br />Secondary depositories for investments: <br />1 First National Bank of Minneapolis <br />First National Bank of St. Paul <br />Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis <br />Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul <br />American National Bank <br />Marquette Bank; Minneapolis <br />offerman and Company, Inc. <br />Merrill, Lynch, Fenner and Smith, Inc. <br />Bank of America <br />Dain, Bosworth, Inc. <br />Citicorp/City Bank <br />Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. <br />Minnesota Federal Savings and Loan <br />Twin City Federal Savings and Loan <br />Adopted this 6th day of January, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />
