7770 Greenwood Drive is also an existing property and not <br />relevant. <br />2731 County Road H-2 was a lot sold by Mary Anderson <br />Construction to Preferred 9uildors for $25,900.00. This was <br />one of the last lots in the development and Mary Anderson. <br />Construction hadn't been able to sell that lot. Mr. John <br />Lundquist of Mary Anderson indicated they valued interior <br />lots not on county Road H-2, at $29,900.00 in there home <br />sale package. <br />5091 Bdgewood Drive sold for 020,300.00 in October 1987. <br />This lot sale was $1.75/square foot even though it is a <br />smaller lot. The lot is 87' x 1341. <br />8125 Red Oak Court is a vacant site sold to Preferred <br />Builders for $29,900.00 in March 1988. <br />8403 Spring Lake Road was not in the courthouse records. It <br />could appear from driving by that this was possibly a lot <br />split and now a new hone on it. The transaction may not <br />have closed or may not have reached the Assessors office. <br />it could also have been sold as a package with a home and <br />then may not appear as a lot sale. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />
