The <br />subdivision would produce two lots; one lot 99' x 400' and the <br />other 85' x 400'. The existing home would be 19 feet from the <br />new lot line and conforms to the Zoning Code. <br />A park dedication fee of $169 and administrative costs will have <br />to be paid before issuance of any building permits. <br />KH/BAC <br />\J <br />
